        Guide to Coverage

Auto Liability:  Pays when your truck is at fault in an accident. Would pay for injuries to people in the other vehicle as well as the damage done to their vehicle. 

Motor Truck Cargo: Covers loss to the cargo you are hauling where you are responsible for the loss.

Physical Damage Coverage: Pays for damage to your vehicle. Examples would be collision, roll over, and theft of the vehicle. 

Rate Basis Information

 

Long Haul:   Any company that travels beyond a 500 mile radius.

Short Haul:  Any company that travels within a 500 mile radius.

Chicago Area Counties:  Mchenry, Kane, Lake, Cook, Dupage, Kendall, Will

Average Account:   New as well as Older Equipment

                               Good drivers with 5+ years experience

                               Minimum losses within 5 years.

Substandard Account:  Older Equipment

                                    Average drivers with less than 2 violations and 2+ years exp.                                                          Some losses within the past 5 years

Preferred Account:   New equipment

                                 Excellent drivers with clean MVRs and 10+ years experience

                                 5 year clean loss history
